In addition, to simplify the entry of future order, your name, address and telephone number (if provided) may be retained online for approximately 30 days. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart. If you provide your telephone number as part of the ordering process, it will be used only if we need to communicate with your regarding the order you placed online. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Information provided is also retained indefinitely on our local computers. These systems are not accessible through the Internet. This information is used to speed processing of future orders and for internal sales reports. We occassionally send out short newsletters via E-mail.
